Syracuse, NY
9,000 square feet of cold iron. 24/7 access. No frills. No excuses. This is where strength is built.
Our Story
315 Strength Warehouse was built for one reason: Syracuse needed a real gym. Not a franchise with chrome machines and pop music. A warehouse where iron hits concrete and every rep means something.
Founded by Wyatt Lozano — competitive powerlifter, lifelong strength athlete. He spent years competing and traveling to gyms across the country, taking mental notes on what worked, what was missing, and what a real training environment should feel like. When none of it existed in Syracuse, he built it himself.
9,000 square feet. Competition-grade equipment. Strongman implements. Powerlifting platforms. A community that pushes each other and picks each other up. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No contracts. No games.

Coaching
Every coach here has walked the floor, put in real work, and knows what it takes. Pick who trains you.
NASM Certified Trainer & Nutrition Coach
Sean came up in fitness the right way — his parents gave him his brothers' old weight bench, and he's been at it ever since. He chose 315 because it's a community, not a headcount. Everyone here knows your name.
He's a NASM certified trainer and nutrition coach who works with everyone from special needs clients to competitive athletes to the general population. His approach is built on corrective exercise, injury prevention, and long-term mobility — not just getting you big for the summer.
His most memorable client: an elderly woman recovering from hip surgery who came in with a cane. After three to six months of consistent work, she doesn't need it anymore. That's what training is for.
Outside the gym, Sean is a father of two — a son competing in USA Gymnastics regionals, and a seven-month-old daughter. That's his motivation: be mobile, be present, be someone they can look up to.
Strength Coach & Powerlifting Competitor
Natalie grew up struggling with her weight and body image. She learned her body was going to build differently than everyone else's — and instead of hiding that, she made it her mission. Her entire coaching philosophy starts from one place: help you love the body you're in before changing anything about it.
She found powerlifting at a commercial gym but knew immediately it didn't belong there. When she searched specifically for a powerlifting gym, 315 came up. She walked in and recognized it as exactly what she was looking for — a place where people actually lift heavy, where failing under the bar is expected and not embarrassing, and where nobody's staring at you like you don't belong.
She specializes in weight loss, body recomposition, and powerlifting prep for women who feel out of place at traditional gyms. She coaches the way she lives: come as you are. You don't have to be at your goal to start.
"I want to normalize people in real bodies. You don't have to have the flat stomach or be where you think you're supposed to be before you walk through the door."
Senior Fitness Specialist & Strength Coach
Amanda is a full-time nurse who coaches on the side — and those two worlds inform each other every single day. She sees what happens when a 65-year-old falls on the ground and can't get up. That's why her specialty is older clients. Mobility, balance, stability, the basics most trainers skip. She'll teach you a hip hinge the right way, even if it takes weeks, because the deadlift she's building is the one that keeps you out of a nursing home at 75.
She's a Syracuse native, born and raised, and played Division III field hockey at Utica College — her words, the best time of her life. When the stress of adult life piled up after college, she funneled it into the gym. It stuck. She found 315 and saw a place where progression gets celebrated, no matter what your starting line looks like.
Amanda also competes. Not for the stage aesthetic — for the work. Her goal isn't skinny. Her words: she wants to be jacked. A beefcake, if you will. And that's exactly why her clients trust her — because she doesn't pretend your goal has to look like anyone else's.
"Any body type can come in here and get a good workout and get stronger. Not everyone's goal is to be skinny. Everyone here is on your side no matter what your goal is."
Exercise Science Coach & Competitive Powerlifter
Joseph — Joe to everyone who trains with him — has been at Strength Warehouse since 2011. He's a SUNY Cortland graduate with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology. He's also a competitive powerlifter. But ask him what matters and it's not the sport, it's the difference he makes in his clients' lives.
His proudest story is a woman who came to him unable to stand up on her own. They built her up. She's not in a nursing home today because of the work they put in. That's the whole philosophy — proactive, not reactive. "What can I do now to set my older self up?" That's the question he wants every client asking.
Joe isn't the drill-instructor type and he doesn't pretend to be. No yelling, no microphone, no theatrics. The motivation has to come from you — his job is to help you figure out where you're going and get you there. That's why his ideal client is someone who's passionate about it, whatever "it" is for them.
He coaches everyone — bodybuilders, powerlifters, runners, people who just want to play around with weights a couple times a week. At 315 there's a place for every walk of fitness, and Joe believes that's what sets it apart from any big box gym he's ever stepped foot in.
"You need to have your own reasons for being here. Once you understand what those are and where you want to go, I can help you get there."
Certified Personal Trainer & Rehabilitation Specialist
Stas came to coaching the way most serious trainers do — through necessity. When he tore his ACL and meniscus, doctors pushed surgery. He refused. He rehabbed himself back to full function through a strict plan, progressive loading, and sheer stubbornness. No surgeon. That experience is why he does what he does.
Born in Ukraine and active his entire life — soccer, basketball, volleyball — Stas found the gym when competitive sports ended and never left. He holds a World Wide Certification and is a graduate of the European Academy, where he trained alongside professional doctors and coaches for nearly a year. He's been coaching for 10 years.
Most of his clients come to him after injuries, surgeries, or with chronic back and knee problems. He doesn't just build strength — he rebuilds function. He also coaches weight loss, but the philosophy never changes: your body is a direct reflection of the work you put in. You can't fake it, borrow it, or buy your way there.
He chose 315 because of how it operates — no clock-watching, no sessions cut short for the next booking, 24/7 access, and a community that treats you like family. The exact opposite of a big box gym.
"You have to choose your hard. Being partially disabled, overeating, sleeping bad — that's hard too. So you choose."
